  • SPECIAL RATES APPLY FOR FULL WEEKS ALL YEAR, EXCEPT FOR LONG WEEKENDS, EASTER AND CHRISTMAS. In these cases official rate will apply with no discount.
  • The accommodations are fully equipped, except for towels. It is recommended to bring your own personal towels, although the establishment can provide them.
  • A normal use of firewood is included in the rental price.
  • IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED TO STAY OR TO MAKE USE OF THE PROPERTY FACILITIES TO MORE PEOPLE THAN THOSE STIPULATED IN THE CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION. Violation of this rule shall entitle the owner to take action as appropriate.
  • The Customer agrees to occupy the accommodation from 16:00 hours (we recommend that if for any reason the arrival is after 16:00, we be notified, as the maximum arrival time is 24:00 hours). In addition, the client agrees to vacate the accommodation before 18:00 hours on fixed departure day.
  • Animals shall only be accepted if there is prior agreement between the guest and the owner. 
  • Taking out the house utensils, bedding, blankets, etc, is not permitted.
  • The house will be given to the Guest in perfect condition and cleanliness. Subsequent cleaning during the guest's stay, will be charged.
  • Payment: Before two (2) days of the acceptance of the reservation by the owner, the guest must make a payment by credit card on our website or as an advance transfer for the purpose of booking; the amount to pay will be (50%). After this time, if we have not received the payment, we reserve the right to propose the house to other potential guests. The balance shall be paid in cash when the guest is in the house. Any damage caused by the customer, while using the house will be paid separately by the customer.
  • Acceptance of the Booking: The request of information on the availability status of any of the homes for rent, does not imply the acceptance of the booking by Abrural. This acceptance, will be marked by the host being sent the data required for the deposit, at which point the House will be in a state of pre-booked for the next two days. Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation will be formalized and the customer definitely receive confirmation.
  • Cancellation Reserve on the part of the owner: For major situations it may be necessary to cancel a reservation. In these cases, the amount of the booking will be refunded in full, and we will do everything possible to relocate them in another house.
  • Cancellation by the Client: In case of cancellation of the booking by the customer, the applicable withholding bail follows:
  1. We do not hold anything back when cancellation is performed with a notice of at least three weeks.
  2. Fifty percent (50%) when provided with less than three weeks in advance.
  3. One hundred percent (100%) if the cancellation is made within the previous week.
  • There shall be no obligation to maintain the reserve, with loss of deposit, when the house was not occupied before noon the next day to set for it, unless, within that period, the client confirm their arrival.
  • Complaints: If you wish to make any claim, you must manifest it during the first six days of the arrival date, and we will try to solve the problem. Once the property has been vacated, it may not be made or compensation complaints paid.
  • Although all the houses have been prepared and equipped with everything you need for your guest to enjoy unforgettable days of rest, the client of all rural cottages agrees that for the special operating philosophy and conditions of these areas, sometimes you meet unforeseen circumstances (weather problems, power outages, etc ...) , and the solution may not be immediate. This is why it is informed that such guest house, unlike a hotel, does not have service during 24H but we will always try to respond as quickly as possible to any unforeseen circumstances.
